We track selected live football matches and calculate a goal expectancy (xG) for each match every minute.

To build the goal expectancy, we use market odds and lines, based on which our algorithm calculates a value for the home and away team at every point in the match. You can follow the progress of matches on this page in real time using the chart below. The chart shows the market's view of the teams' relative strength at the start of the match and how it changes as the match progresses. Calculations stop after the 80th minute, since the closing stages of matches often contain market movements that are difficult to model. The page refreshes automatically every minute.
