Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of SPORTSBETTOR.pro (https://sportsbettor.pro, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Real MMC Oy (Business ID 3517744-7, Kupittaankatu 84, 20700 Turku, Finland, "we"/"us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Age and Eligibility

The Service is intended only for users aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for ensuring that sports betting and use of the Service are permitted in your country of residence.

3. Description of the Service

The Service provides sports betting analysis, statistics, tools, and both free and paid picks. We are not a bookmaker and do not accept bets or pay out winnings ourselves. Content on the Service is informational and analytical in nature and is not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Sports betting always carries financial risk. You make your own betting decisions independently and at your own risk. Content on the Service does not constitute financial advice and should not be treated as such.

4. Your Account

Certain features require registration. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred to a third party.

5. Credits and Payments

Paid picks are purchased using the Service's internal credit system. Credits can be purchased via our payment provider (Stripe). Credits are not money and cannot be exchanged back for cash, except for the guaranteed-pick refund described in Section 6.

Purchased credits and picks obtained with them are generally non-refundable once a pick has been opened/revealed to the user.

6. Guaranteed Picks

Picks marked "GUARANTEED PICK" are eligible for a credit refund if the pick does not hit. This refund does not apply to other (non-guaranteed) picks.

7. Limitation of Liability

Content on the Service is produced using the best available data and analysis, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any individual pick or prediction. We are not liable for financial losses arising from betting decisions you make based on content from the Service.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to, among other things:

Automatically scrape or resell content from the Service
Share or transfer your account to a third party
File unwarranted chargebacks for purchased credits
Interfere with or misuse the Service technically

We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Content on the Service, including analysis, statistics, and tools, is the property of Real MMC Oy or its licensors and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service. Material changes will be prominently announced on the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed between the parties directly; if unresolved, disputes will be handled by the competent Finnish courts.
